Instead of cruise line tours, we partner with small, family-run local operators so your money supports the communities we visit. All our excursions are private to our group, and our guides are carefully chosen for their ability to lead fun, engaging, and meaningful experiences for world-schooled kids.
Below you’ll find the proposed excursions with approximate per-person prices. Final rates will depend on how many families join each tour.

How Pricing Works
- Flat fee, split by participants: The per-person price depends on how many people join.
- Approximate rates for now: Final pricing will be confirmed once we know the full headcount.
- The more accurate your selections are, the more accurate our final pricing will be.
Please Note: Clicking "Sign Up" only registers your interest and helps us estimate group size. It is not a booking and does not require payment. Reservations are only confirmed after you complete payment.
Prices shown during the interest poll are approximate estimates only and are intended to help families decide whether they may be interested in an excursion. Estimates are based on expected group-size ranges and the information available at the time.
Please keep in mind that a range such as 20–30 participants does not mean the per-person price will be identical at every number within that range. Many excursion expenses, including transportation, guides, and other logistics, are fixed costs that are divided among participants, so a group of 21 people may have a different per-person cost than a group of 29.
Pricing may also change due to exchange rates, inflation, operator pricing and availability, entrance fees, transportation costs, itinerary adjustments, or other logistical changes. Even excursions in the same port with the same operator may not have identical pricing from one sailing to another.
Once the interest poll closes, we use the estimated participant numbers to confirm the itinerary and obtain an updated quote from the operator. The price shown on the official booking/payment link is the confirmed booking price. Please review all excursion details and pricing carefully before booking. By completing your booking, you are agreeing to the price shown on the payment page.
You are never obligated to book an excursion simply because you voted “interested” in the initial poll.

Mt. Fuji Foothills: Lakes, Waterfalls & Shrines
Journey into the foothills of Mt. Fuji for a day of peaceful lakes, spectacular waterfalls, and sacred Japanese traditions. Experience the mountain from different perspectives as you explore Lake Tanuki, walk beside waterfalls fed by Mt. Fuji’s underground springs, and visit an ancient shrine that has welcomed Fuji pilgrims for centuries.
- Lake Tanuki: Enjoy one of the area’s most beautiful viewpoints, where on clear days Mt. Fuji rises dramatically behind the peaceful lake and can even appear reflected across the water.
- Shiraito & Otodome Falls: Discover two contrasting waterfalls at the base of Mt. Fuji. Shiraito cascades in hundreds of delicate streams over a moss-covered cliff, while nearby Otodome plunges with much greater force.

The Ultimate Kyoto & Nara Tour
Experience the wildlife, traditions, and iconic landscapes of Nara and Kyoto in one unforgettable day. Feed Nara’s famous sacred deer, explore Kyoto’s historic shrines, walk beneath towering bamboo, and climb into the hills of Arashiyama to meet wild Japanese macaques overlooking the city.
- Nara Deer Park: Walk among more than 1,000 free-roaming deer, considered sacred messengers in Japanese tradition, and feed them special deer crackers included with the tour.

Mt. Rokko Farm & Arima Onsen Experience
Escape into the mountains above Kobe for a day combining farm life, local food, and one of Japan’s oldest wellness traditions. Meet the animals of Mt. Rokko, enjoy lunch surrounded by mountain scenery, then travel to historic Arima Onsen to explore its traditional streets and experience the famous mineral-rich hot springs.
- Rokkosan Pasture (Ranch): Explore a working-style mountain pasture where sheep roam the grounds and families can encounter horses, goats, rabbits, guinea pigs, and other farm animals. Animal feeding and other activities may also be available depending on the day's schedule.
